Not this year.
For the first time in over ten years, I was here to enjoy the blossoming of an English Spring. Now as I hack around the bridleways, we enjoy the scents of summer hedgerows.
Building our own house, planning a move, taking care of my horse (who has needed a bit more love and attention recently) are very time consuming. If it were possible to buy more time, how much would you pay? I pleased to report my safari clients are still going away and having the time of their lives. With each itinerary I design, I wish it were me that were travelling.
At the end of a busy day, how best to switch off? Imagine me curled up with Simon Barnes light-hearted book The Horsey Life. Simon, Chief Sportswriter for the Times, shares my love of Africa, Suffolk and horses. His words and descriptions are so much better than mine!
